Watermelon, Blackberry and Mango Sangria

Ingredients

  • 2 golden kiwifruit, sliced
  • 1 mango, sliced
  • 2 punnets blackberries
  • 1 punnet baby cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 cup golden rum
  • 2 cups dry rosé
  • 4 cups watermelon juice
  • 12 drops grapefruit bitters

Instructions

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: nil
Serves: 4-6

1 Place all ingredients in a large punch bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Ladle into glasses.
