An hour’s the limit: great food in less than 60 minutes

I had a lot of fun putting this book together. It’s all fast and fun, tastes pretty good too! I allowed myself a little more time for this – no dish takes more than 59 minutes…..well except the roast chicken, but you’ll have to read the book to find out why! Here you can see pork and pickle meatloaf, prawn and cumin fritters, shortbread and conchiglione with mud crab bolognaise. You can find it in all good bookstores.
