Wonton canape tarts with smoked salmon and créme fraîche

Makes 24 pieces

These make fantastic little pre-dinner snacks and are quick to put together.

  • cooking oil spray
  • 24 wonton pastry sheets
  • 150g créme fraîche
  • 250g sliced smoked salmon
  • dill sprigs and lemon wedges, to serve

1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Sprinkle a 24-cup mini muffin tray with cooking oil and line each with a wonton pastry sheet. Bake for 8 minutes, until golden brown. Set aside to cool.

2 Spoon some crème fraîche into each, then top with smoked salmon. Garnish with dill and serve with lemon wedges.
