Fried Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 fresh eggs, at room temperature
  • sea salt flakes
  • toast and roast tomatoes, to serve

Instructions

1 Place the butter in a non-stick frying pan over a low-to-moderate heat and cook until it begins to foam. Add the eggs gently and cook slowly for 5-7 minutes, until the whites are just set. Season with salt, then serve with toast and roast tomatoes.
