Basic vinaigrette

  • 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp smooth mustard
  • salt and white pepper
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil


1 Place the vinegar and mustard in a small bowl, season lightly with salt and pepper, and whisk well.
2 Whisk in the oil in a steady stream until combined. Use immediately or store refrigerated.
