Balsamic dressing

  • 1 tsp capers, chopped finely
  • 2 sprigs thyme, chopped finely
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper


1 Combine the capers, thyme and vinegar in a small bowl.
2 Whisk in the olive oil in a steady stream until combined, then season with salt and pepper. Use immediately or store refrigerated
